Job type: Full time, M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm. hourly, permanent, benefits
Reports To: Burnaby Production Management
Location: Hiring for position in Burnaby BC
Pay Range: $24 to $28, depending on experience. Plus benefits and paid vacation time.
Summary
ARC Document Solutions, a global digital print and document management company, is searching for a full-time Project Coordinator (PC) with experience in the printing industry.

The Project Coordinator Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Coordinate large projects with clients and production teams
- Receive and communicate detailed production and installation components.
- Generate estimates, details and calculate pricing
- Create work orders & follow job through production
- Ensure projects are on schedule
- Field incoming queries from customers
- Liaison between production and sales team to internal and external customers and vendors.
- Help coordinate the development, scheduling, and installation of customer projects.
- Partner with the Sales team and/or facilitate estimates and bid documents.
- Assure that all source materials become permanent additions as part of the document control responsibility.
- Create and maintain estimates and orders with related details and documentation.
- Coordinate with the production team to communicate the project status to the customer.
- Independently organize and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines.
- Perform other tasks, duties, or functions as directed.
Education And Experience
- Hands on knowledge in a similar small format and/or wide format color graphics or project manager / estimator and communications role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Disciplined project organization and planning skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, resourcefully with minimal oversight
- Must be able to work within a professional office environment and display reliability and punctuality while completing all assigned tasks on time.
