We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Finance to oversee all financial activities within our publicly traded company. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with active participation in daily financial operations. You will manage internal financial operations—such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit and loss (P&L) reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis—and customer-specific financial services related to our lottery program, including reconciliation, expenses, and draw reporting.
Ideally, you will have a financial designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) and have deep experience in both the corporate finance and regulatory environments, including the specific demands placed on publicly traded companies.
