- Support strategists in overcoming roadblocks.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a performance marketing agency
- Strong understanding of best practices in digital marketing, including LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation
- Exceptional communication and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, remote environment
- Must have reliable internet access and a suitable home office setup
- Experience in B2B tech and SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics
- Previous experience in a remote‑first work environment
- Strong storytelling abilities to convey marketing strategies effectively
- Demonstrated success in client retention and satisfaction metrics
