• Support strategists in overcoming roadblocks to secure campaign approvals
• Conduct regular 1x1 conversations with strategists to address and resolve roadblocks
• Build structure and empower your team with clear communication and expectation setting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a performance marketing agency
• Strong understanding of best practices in digital marketing, including LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation
• Exceptional communication and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, remote environment
• Must have reliable internet access and a suitable home office setup
