Responsibilities

• Set goals for every client engagement within your pod.
• Ensure adherence to best practices across all channels and mediums for client campaigns.
• Support strategists in overcoming roadblocks to secure campaign approvals.
• Conduct regular 1x1 conversations with strategists to address roadblocks and create actionable plans.
• Lead and empower your team through clear communication and expectation setting.
