Job Duties

• Works closely with Project Managers to monitor and control all project related financial data for an assigned portfolio of projects
• Analysis of the project details to determine fees to be billed and to ensure all re-billable expenses are included on invoices
• AR Collections for multiple clients
• AP input
• Updates and maintains project, client and vendor databases
• Issues and revises invoices and provides customer service
• Submits invoices and monthly statements electronically
• Processes employee expenses, sub-consultant and vendor invoices
• Maintains filing system for all financial documents
• Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Ideally 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, takes initiative, adjusts to competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Proficient within Excel, MS Word & Outlook
• Work experience with an accounting software preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
