Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Zuora Billing and Revenue modules including Product and customer master data management.
• Demonstrated ability to support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of Billing and revenue workflows, including integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the design, configuration, development, and testing of Zuora solutions.
• Conduct business workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
• Partner with process owners to define operational KPIs and develop KPI dashboards.

Skills

Hands-on experience in Zuora Billing and Revenue

Ability to support end-to-end implementation lifecycle

Understanding of Billing and revenue workflows

Experience working with finance and accounting stakeholders

Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Time management and organizational skills

Knowledge of change management and Agile methodologies

Certifications in Zuora Billing and Revenue
