A leading construction company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects in Calgary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality standards while working closely with teams. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in civil construction, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in relevant software are key qualifications. Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction required.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
Responsabilités
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate site activities to ensure timely execution of all project phases.
- Manage construction budgets, monitor costs, and perform job costing analysis.
- Lead contract administration, including risk assessments, scope changes, and claim evaluations.
