Lead Landscape Construction Manager
Job summary
A landscaping company in Richmond, BC is seeking a qualified individual to oversee planning and delivery of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction or related field and at least two years of relevant experience, including one year in a supervisory role. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation of $49 per hour with benefits after a probation period.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of complete landscaping projects.
- Review project designs, blueprints, and site conditions to determine construction methods.
- Prepare project bids, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with clients.
- Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and work crews.
- Manage procurement of construction equipment and landscape materials.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
- Resolve technical or operational problems.
- Oversee quality assurance by inspecting completed work.
