Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Development and Construction for Low-Rise Housing, the Manager of Operations will be a key leader in driving the successful execution of residential construction projects—from pre-construction planning through to homeowner possession. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, trade partner coordination, and the continuous improvement of operational processes across active job sites. You’ll work in close partnership with teams across construction, estimating, procurement, and customer experience to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications
As the ideal candidate you have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a valid Class G driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in residential or commercial construction, preferably in a managerial or operational role, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project. A strong knowledge of residential building techniques, codes, and regulations is considered an asset. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment, showcasing excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively while working under pressure, and a strategic mindset are essential to thrive in this role.
