  • Enhance and evolve the CoE's operating model by applying operational discipline, leveraging data and analytics, and leading transformation initiatives that support organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain robust work tracking and prioritization systems to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Build out CoE capability through the design and delivery of learning programs, peer coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with CoE pillar leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of practice management standards.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to inform process improvements, measure outcomes, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure adherence to TD's governance policies and best practices in all practice management activities.
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and capability development within the CoE.
Job Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services or consulting; knowledge of TD's business is an asset.
  • Proven consulting background, with experience navigating ambiguity and operating effectively in complex, dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from conception to execution.
  • University degree in HR, organizational development, business management, or related discipline; advanced education in AI, process automation, or organization design is an asset.
  • Deep expertise in AI technologies, process improvement methodologies, and automation.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing CoE operating models, especially in work tracking, prioritization, data/analytics, and capability building.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant AI/process automation tools.
  • Commitment to inclusiveness and continuous learning.

  • Self-starter who proactively seeks opportunities and takes initiative from prompts or emerging needs.
  • Passionate about AI and its application to operational efficiency and transformation.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations ('the grey') and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in operating model design, enhancement, and transformation.
  • Collaborative and able to influence across multiple stakeholders.
