THE TEAM

The mission of the Technical Design Department is to translate conceptual designs into actionable blueprints that meet customer demand.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and Reigning Champ is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the team that translates the creative vision into actional blueprints for product development. As the Senior Technical Designer/Technical Designer, you will manage the team to successfully translate beautiful, high-quality collections, from the creative team vision to the Reigning Champ manufacturing team. THE ROLE

As the Senior Technical Designer/Technical Designer, you will:

  • Identify upcoming trends in style details
  • Design the style details for the line
  • Create actionable blueprints that ensure the style executes on the creative vision
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. This position may be eligible for bonus.
