Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• CHRL designation or equivalent experience preferred.
• Access to a vehicle required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, compensation, and offboarding.
• Engage proactively with employees to enhance culture.
• Oversee administration of employee benefits and pensions.
• Conduct investigations related to employee complaints.
• Provide insights to improve processes and employee engagement.
