A growing property management company in Winnipeg is seeking a Business Analyst to support business intelligence initiatives. This role involves data integration, reporting, and analytics to enhance decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing reports using Power BI and Excel, along with proficiency in SQL and data modeling. The Business Intelligence - Business Analyst is a key member of a centralized BI team supporting business operations. This role supports cross-functional business intelligence initiatives including data integration, reporting, automation, and ad-hoc analytics. The analyst will play a critical role in designing and developing customized data models and interactive reports that drive insight and strategic decision-making across departments and management structures. In addition this individual will support in the budgeting process and will be responsible for key deliverables to management while liaising with regional operations staff to ensure the best practice is maintained.
This position will be located in Winnipeg MB.
