About this role

Riello is seeking a competent and analytical Supply Chain Specialist to manage the critical flow of goods and services necessary for our business operations. This role is central to maintaining supply chain efficiency and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

This is a hybrid role in Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Procurement Management: Execute and oversee the procurement lifecycle, ensure adherence to established corporate standards for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness—from Purchase Order (PO) initiation through final shipment receipt.
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the key liaison between Procurement and critical internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance) to ensure that sourcing strategies are consistently aligned with overarching business objectives and demand forecasts.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales velocity, consumption patterns, and inventory metrics. Utilize these insights to refine sourcing methodologies, develop proactive demand forecasts, and identify opportunities for superior value and cost efficiency within the supply chain.
  • System Integrity and Reporting: Maintain precise, auditable procurement records and manage transactions within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically SAP .
  • Business Support: Provide reliable operational support to the supply chain team and execute additional business responsibilities as necessary to maintain robust operations.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • 1+ years of experience in SAP and MS Excel
