Our client, a leader in the field of generic drugs, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for establishing commercial strategies and preparing the launch of several new products. The SMM will also be responsible for managing and inspiring his/her team of 2 Product Managers and 1 Associate Product Manager to develop their skills and talents to grow within the organization.

Skills and qualifications :

You qualify for this position if you possess:

• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical business practices, as well as strong analytical, portfolio management and product launch skills.

And you preferably have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration (marketing concentration) or related field
• Master degree in Marketing or MBA is an asset
• 10 years of relevant experience in pharma or related sectors
• Experience with multiple new product launches
• Portfolio management of multiple products
• Creation and implementation of marketing plans
• Knowledge and mastery of digital marketing concepts
• Experience in a B2B environment
• Able to multitask and carry out different projects simultaneously
• Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory
