A popular hotel in Toronto is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have previous F&B leadership experience, a Smart Serve Certificate, and knowledge of food service styles. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $60,000. The job is on-site in Toronto.

Responsible for the leadership of the day to day operation of the Restaurant in Ace Hotel. Oversees and maintains a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Works closely with Food & Beverage leadership to monitor the effectiveness of the services and products offered in the restaurant and adjust accordingly to ensure maximum profitability. Responsible for providing lateral service to other Food & Beverage operations as needed.
CORE FOCUS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Previous Restaurant/Hotel F&B leadership experience. Smart Serve Certificate required. Candidate should have knowledge of various food service styles, wines and spirits, and proper food service safety protocol.
