Overview

Location: Jasper, AB

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job type: Seasonal, Full-time

What will you do in this job?

This job ensures service standards are met and surpassed by creating the experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitude.
  • Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
  • Assisting customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages.
  • Maintaining customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Following company recipes and standards, following health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Adhering to cash handling and register policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
  • Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment.
  • Possess a high level of customer service.
  • Highly motivated and a quick learner.
  • Enjoys multitasking and has a high level of stress management skills.
  • Communicates well and is flexible.
  • Previous cash handling is an asset.
  • Food Safe is an asset (required).
  • Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Must meet the organization grooming and appearance standards.
  • To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check.
  • Standard First-Aid or higher an asset.
