Overview

Pursuit Collection — Starbucks Barista position in Jasper, AB. Seasonal, full-time role located in Jasper, AB. Starting salary: $16.50 per hour. Seasonal position beginning April 7 or May 6 and running until October 31, 2025. Part-time and full-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by creating the Starbucks experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitude.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
• Assist customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages.
• Maintain the customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
• Follow company recipes and standards, and health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Adhere to cash handling and register policies.

Qualifications

• Possess a high level of customer service.
• Highly motivated and a quick learner.
• Enjoys multitasking; strong stress management skills.
• Communicates well and is flexible.
• Previous cash handling experience is an asset.
