Overview

Pursuit Collection – Jasper, AB. Seasonal, full-time role. Starting wage: $16.50 per hour. The role runs from June through October 2025.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitude
• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
• Assist customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages
• Maintain the customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
• Follow company recipes and standards, and health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products
• Adhere to cash handling and register policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
• Possess a high level of customer service
• Highly motivated and a quick learner
• Enjoys multitasking and has a high level of stress management skills
• Communicates well and is flexible
• Previous cash handling is an asset
• Food Safe an asset (required)
• Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must meet the organization grooming and appearance standards
• To honor our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check
