Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to join one of our large Retail Clients in Vancouver BC. This Program Manager will sit within the Vendor Management office and oversee and coordinate projects within the Tech Vendor Management Program. They will ensure these projects are aligned, integrated, and delivered successfully.
This program manager will be a cross functional collaborator and come from a mid-large enterprise where there were multiple stakeholders. They will be bringing everyone and everything together to ensure alignment, managing every process as a program, and track dependencies and risks.
For example, for a new rate card roll out- they will be doing the negotiating, figuring out what it would mean for the entire organization, what communications should look like, what the risk would be. It is more process roles out instead of implementing tools and technologies.
The ideal candidate will come from a process or vendor management background - these will be the kinds of projects in the immediate pipeline. They will be able to connect the dots from all of the interconnected processes, completing a complete picture and understanding all that is going on around.
While they can have experience with either project or program management, there is a preference for program management experience over project management, as there will be many smaller projects to manage simultaneously.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in a similar industry
Problem solving skills: Analyzing complex issues, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions.
Communication: Effectively conveying information to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to project success.
Financial Management: Budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs. - Vendor management or process or procurement background preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Project Management
