We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Repairs & Field Services team. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and coordination of repair jobs and orders, which involves preparing work packs, scheduling activities, and supporting proposals with repair scoping and cost estimations. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely, high‑quality repair execution and customer satisfaction, which will contribute to improved operational efficiency and profitability.
In this position, you will report to the Service Center Manager. This position is mainly located in Price George, British Columbia and is an on‑site position.
You will join a team of repair and field service specialists dedicated to delivering reliable repair solutions and exceptional customer support. We are currently working on repair execution projects, technical assessments, and cost estimation tasks. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as workshops, vendors, engineering support teams, and customers. Our team culture is all about collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The members in our team are located in various regions across North America.
