The candidate will diagnose and resolve IT issues, manage hardware and software system operations, and ensure compliance with security protocols. This full-time in-person role requires 5-10 years of experience in IT, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Travel within Canada may be required for this position.

As an Intermediate IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
