Role Overview: As part of the wealth strategy, the Business Process Analyst will support business process integrations and synergies by gathering, documenting, and analyzing information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with stakeholders, executives, and business leads to identify focus areas and serve as a liaison between leadership and business units.
2. Facilitate information gathering sessions across various departments, collaborating with policy, legal, risk, compliance, technology, and other teams.
3. Document current and future state processes using tools like Visio, including end-to-end views, system touchpoints, dependencies, and decision points. Develop new processes based on business needs.
4. Provide insights on improving and integrating processes, making recommendations based on analysis and performance data.
5. Gather, document, and analyze business process information, develop recommendation documents, and obtain necessary approvals.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new and improved processes.

Required Skills and Tools:

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English; bilingual in French is a plus.
• Ability to interpret requirements and create clear process diagrams; knowledge of investment management, wealth distribution, and product development is advantageous.
• Experience in advising on projects, cost estimation, scoping, requirements gathering, and supporting testing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio or similar diagramming tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills with attention to detail.
