Accounting & Financial Analyst

Strong Accounting and Finance experience

Accounting & Financial Analyst to support month-end close, financial reporting, treasury activities, and cash flow preparation, while partnering closely with the FP&A team. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience working in a project-based, asset-intensive environment such as elevator construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Close Support

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations
• Support audits and internal control requirements

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Produce month-end financial reporting and management analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling activities in partnership with FP&A
• Analyze working capital, liquidity, and cash flow trends

Treasury & Cash Flow

• Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
• Support treasury-related activities, including liquidity monitoring and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
• Experience supporting month-end close and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred / Assets

• Experience in a construction, project-based, or asset-intensive industry
• Experience working with Oracle ERP
• Exposure to EPM and/or SAP consolidation tools
• Prior FP&A support experience
• CPA designation or active progress toward completion
