Job Summary

Bank of China (Canada) is seeking a Debit Card Product Analyst to lead the end-to-end management of debit card products and QR Code payment services. This role is responsible for product development, enhancement, compliance, and performance optimization, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure competitive, compliant, and customer-focused payment solutions.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the full product lifecycle for debit card and QR Code payment products, from design and launch to ongoing enhancement.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and product improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver debit card‑related initiatives and projects.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to drive card issuance, transaction volume, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with regulatory requirements, payment network rules, and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update product documentation, disclosures, and operating procedures.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including issue remediation.
  • Monitor product performance, transaction data, and customer feedback to enhance user experience.
  • Manage external vendors and payment network partners, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably with exposure to bank card or payment products.
  • Familiarity with debit card operations, payment processing, or card networks.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred due to cross‑border coordination needs.
