The Role: Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who is passionate about product quality and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. In this role you will help shape the future of QA at Knak—leading manual testing efforts, enabling developers to test better, and ensuring our platform is as reliable as it is powerful.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Execute thorough manual testing for new features and releases
  • Build and maintain test plans and QA documentation
  • Guide developers in adopting automated testing tools like Playwright
  • Participate in planning and design sessions to flag potential quality risks
  • Monitor and report on key product quality metrics
What You Should Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in software QA or software engineering with a strong QA focus (ideally in a SaaS environment)
  • Expertise in manual testing methodologies and QA planning tools
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jest)
  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort with tools like Slack, GitHub, and Google Workspace
Nice to Have
  • Experience enabling QA in CI/CD environments
  • Background in developer enablement or testing automation coaching
