What You’ll Do
  • Driving digital transformation across Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions by assessing existing systems and processes, identifying gaps, and implementing innovative digital solutions that drive operational and business excellence.
  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative digital and automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, AI tools, Power BI tools.
  • Use other emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across our business.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, automate workflows, and transform data into actionable insights that strengthen decision-making, service levels, and business performance.
  • Implement automated workflows and automation solutions that eliminate manual tasks, increase productivity and enhance data accuracy across departments.
  • Leverage AI tools and predictive analytics to generate insights, identify trends, and support proactive decision-making in operations, logistics, and sales planning.
  • Develop frameworks, standards, and documentation to ensure consistent quality, scalability, and sustainability of digital solutions.
  • Promote digital literacy and adoption by mentoring and supporting teams in the effective use of Power Platform tools and other digital solutions.
  • Stay informed on emerging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, AI advancements, and digital transformation trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or business analysis with IT specialization.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and implementing digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Hands-on experience with AI automation and data integration.
  • Proven track record of improving operational, supply chain, or commercial performance through digital tools and process automation.
  • Experience integrating with ERP, MES, or CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a strong asset.
You’ll also need
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, API integration, and business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across multi-site and cross-functional teams. Curious, innovative, and passionate about emerging digital and AI trends.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • 5 days on site. Regular shifts.
