Coinbase is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their Institutional Team. This team plays a crucial role in executing Coinbase’s vision of building an open financial system and enabling institutions to participate in the crypto-economy through Coinbase Prime. In this role, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the design for new product offerings, focusing on MVP and future vision concepts related to payments, payroll, invoices, and more.

• End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the design of new Coinbase products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Product Collaboration: Work across teams to launch supporting features like onboarding, multi-user, payment rails, tax settings, etc.
• Customer Insights: Engage with clients to gather insights that will influence product strategies and design decisions.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

• Experience: 7+ years of Product Design experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Design Skills: Mastery in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders.
• Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
• Tools Proficiency: Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Passion for Crypto: Interest in the crypto or financial products space.

• Fintech Experience: Experience in B2B fintech or with complex product platforms.
• 0 to 1 Product Launches: Experience in building new products from scratch in either a startup or internal venture.

• Salary: $217,900 CAD annually (subject to qualifications and experience).
