Account Executive Opportunities

Our client is a highly successful commercial insurance brokerage with a national presence including numerous established office locations throughout the UK.

They are very ambitious with great financial backing; an incredibly well run business providing the perfect environment to be successful and with a highly respected senior management team.

In order to continue this impressive period of growth, they are keen to attract quality, ambitious account executives throughout the UK to help to continue driving the business forward and to ensure that they have quality people in place with longer term succession planning in mind.

Position Overview

They are currently looking for account executives to focus on new business, potentially inherit existing portfolios and to ensure they have a nice handover process in place where there are retirements on the horizon.

Ideal Candidate

Ideal candidates will be professional and ambitious and wanting to join a quality business with genuine long-term career progression available.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in a similar role with a good all-round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance.
2. Client focused with a good eye for new business.
3. Able to sell based on service and quality rather than just price.
4. Good “new business radar” to spot opportunities to attract new clients via referrals, recommendations, and networking.
