Responsibilities
  1. Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by creating sales plans for each representative, setting individual targets, assigning territories, and managing ongoing training programs.
  2. Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve.
  3. Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep the company growing.
  4. Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to meet their needs.
  5. Set sales strategies and objectives to achieve our sales goals.
Qualifications
  • An MBA is required if no prior sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in sales.
