The Role: Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can turn Optix brand awareness into conversion, and experimentation into results.

You’ll own our inbound growth strategy, from optimizing for AI‑driven discovery, to developing community engagement. You’ll lead our video and creative initiatives, and manage campaigns that lead to measurable business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with our fractional Marketing Director and a team of freelance creative specialists to design and deliver campaigns that connect, convert, and scale.

This is a hands‑on role for someone looking to accelerate their career – who can think strategically, act decisively, and bring new ideas to life fast.

Must‑Haves
  • 4+ years of experience in growth, digital, or full‑stack marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to design, run, and scale marketing experiments that drive significant growth
  • Strong grasp of SEO and paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent writing skills – confident producing newsletters, landing page copy, and beyond
  • Analytical and outcome‑oriented – you measure your outcomes and habitually base your decisions on data
