1. Collaborate with senior team members to strengthen client relationships
2. Manage client demands in the consumer, retail, and lifestyle sectors
3. Lead both client-facing and internal teams
4. Demonstrate expertise in traditional, influencer, and digital communications
5. Oversee workflows and assignments, ensuring efficient account team management and problem-solving
6. Achieve billable targets
7. Develop and interpret plans based on client briefs
8. Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners
9. Mentor and develop junior staff
10. Provide creative solutions for clients’ business challenges
11. Integrate research and exploration into marketing plans
12. Identify organic growth opportunities aligned with the agency’s strategic goals
13. Participate in new business pitches as needed
14. Analyze media coverage for clients

Minimum of 5 years of agency experience, preferably in PR, managing multiple client accounts. You excel in client service and teamwork, with a strong understanding of media, influencers, and PR landscapes. You are familiar with influencer and meme culture, an early adopter of new social platforms, and passionate about culturally relevant, innovative programming. You believe in a flat hierarchy where good ideas come from anywhere, and you value creative storytelling and digital content.
