A dynamic SaaS company in Sao Paulo is seeking a Founding Fullstack Engineer to take ownership of their product's backend and frontend. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of fullstack development experience, hands-on expertise with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. As our Founding Fullstack Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of our product’s backend and frontend. You’ll make key architectural decisions, ship features fast, and set the standard for technical excellence and product impact. You’ll also work directly with the founders and customers to build something meaningful — and help shape the DNA of the company from day one.
5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
Hands‑on expertise with our stack or similar: React / TypeScript, Node.js / NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS.
Startup mentality: bias for action, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
