Overview

We are seeking a remote, full-time Senior React Developer with 5+ years of professional front‑end software development experience using React.js and TypeScript for our U.K./U.S. client. You will help design, build, and maintain high‑impact user interfaces – from customer dashboards and data visualizations to a React Native mobile application. Our client is a nature data and intelligence company on a mission to drive large‑scale nature recovery by combining data, science, and technology to help enterprises value and restore nature, creating measurable environmental and economic impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop rich, performant web applications using React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and Shadcn.
• Build and maintain reusable components and front‑end architecture to support the growing product ecosystem.
• Lead implementation of the design system and UX layer in coordination with the client’s design team.
• Collaborate with back‑end and full‑stack engineers to ensure consistent integration with Supabase and other platform services.
• Support and enhance the client’s existing React Native mobile application as part of a unified team delivering cross‑platform experiences.
• Balance iterative MVP delivery with scalable, maintainable engineering practices.

Required Experience

• Excellent English communication skills.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front‑end engineering with React.js and TypeScript.
• Proven track record delivering web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
• Strong understanding of component‑based architecture, state management, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as D3.js, Recharts, or Mapbox.
• Experience using AI tooling such as Cursor and CoPilot.
• Experience working collaboratively with design and back‑end teams.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to self‑manage in a distributed environment.
• Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment.

Desired Experience

• Experience working with React Native and cross‑platform design systems.
• Experience with shadcn UI.
• Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend‑as‑a‑service tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js, Recharts, or Mapbox.
