As the JAVA Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented developers, overseeing the development and maintenance of our Java-based gaming platform. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Your role will involve a combination of hands‑on development, technical leadership, and strategic planning.
You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment.
You will oversee the complete development cycle of the Java gaming platform, ensuring quality, security, and best practices.
You will collaborate with managers and principal engineers in defining requirements, deadlines, and strategic technical decisions.
You will be required to monitor project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely deliveries aligned with business objectives.
You will also participate in code review, complex troubleshooting, and the promotion of continuous improvement for the team and its processes.
We are looking for a Technical Leader with solid experience in Java and related technologies.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.
Advanced English.
Good communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
Knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Micronaut) and SQL databases is also valued.
