What You Can Expect
The sales representative aims to promote Zimmer Biomet's brand and product portfolio through technical and commercial visits; clearly demonstrating product advantages; and developing trusting commercial relationships with clients by managing surgical needs from physician request to procedure.
How You'll Create Impact
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals in your designated region, effectively communicating key business messages based on deep technical knowledge of Zimmer Biomet's portfolio, including providing technical support in the surgical center.
- Assist in developing and implementing a sales plan for your area, managing and tracking sales activities and potential client initiatives, achieving sales targets, and reporting progress and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for reports and visit feedback.
- Monitor market data and conditions to identify competitive advantages.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local educational and sales events with internal support to grow the business and meet sales goals.
- Seek continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest industry data and practices.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and congresses.
- Strictly adhere to Zimmer Biomet policies and procedures regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, product handling and complaints, expense reports, sales activities, and training, while complying with all applicable Brazilian legislation.
