A leading tech consultancy in Brazil is looking for Software Engineers experienced in Python and Django. The role involves working on diverse internal and client projects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills in back-end development and be comfortable with cloud technologies. We are looking for Software Engineers with Python/Django and React experience who share our values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency, and who want to work in forward-thinking, collaborative teams.
We support our clients in many ways, and you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of different internal and client projects. Perhaps you’ll work on a client project from our offices with our team delivery approach. This may be a greenfield Django application for a startup, or helping to build a mission-critical Python-based system for a large enterprise client. Perhaps you’ll work as an embedded craftsperson, working within our client\'s existing engineering team to help them improve how they build and maintain Django applications. Or maybe you\'re more interested in helping to introduce the values of Software Craftsmanship and Extreme Programming practices to an organisation through coaching & mentoring.
