Creator Support Specialist

As the Creator Success Specialist, you will help the LTK team with our high-profile creator businesses and assist in making them as economically successful as possible.

In this role, you will learn what makes an LTK creator successful and offer a unique opportunity to help build on the creator's e-commerce shops.

You will be thinking through business processes and data-driven reports that will help accelerate businesses for a creator, acting as their Assistant through an LTK lens to accelerate earnings and help serve their shoppers consistent content.

In return, you'll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce.

As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle creators the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease.

Our technology platform provides them the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximize their earnings velocity.

• Assist high profile Creators with their LTK business with a focus on strategy serving content that will appeal to their shoppers.
• Proactively assist Creators to support initiatives and business goals.
• Help creators build on e-commerce Shops by optimizing posting frequency.
• Support special projects to increase Creator earning opportunities and team functionality.
• Conduct weekly performance reporting on creators, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate on developing action plans and strategies to optimize creator success and engagement.

• Respond to creator support tickets with a focus on providing effective solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience on the LTK platform.
• You will learn Creator Success Best Practices for high-profile clients and Social Media Platform Management.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Functional experience with multiple social media platforms.
• Experience in customer relations, social media and creator marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive for data analysis, reporting, and document management.
• Eager to learn & help creator businesses accelerate.
• Independent with strong decision-making skills.
• Willingness to understand how data informs strategy; implementing in day-to-day, utilizing data to help assist high-profile talent.
• A sense of responsibility to LTK, the creators, and your peers.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• A keen interest in fashion and retail.
• A desire to help out your teammates and learn alongside fantastic people.
• Bonus if you have an understanding of the LTK Shopping and LTK Creator App!

• Experience with Hubspot or similar ticketing system.
• Data manipulation; ability to manipulate data to inform strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of up-to-date creator and fashion trends (UK relevant).
• Passion for growth and building on creator business opportunities and process optimization #LI-JF1.
