Responsibilities
  • Create engaging messaging to communicate with prospective talent
  • Stay up to date on our business, openings, and the ever-evolving technology landscape to best source, attract, and engage talent
  • Ensure job postings are accurate, attractive, error free, and avoid unconsciously biased language
  • Support recruiting events including pre-event logistics and post event communications, pipelining, and recruiting
  • Schedule phone, Zoom, and in-person (once we are back in the office) interviews and meetings
  • Provide tours (once we are back in the office)
  • Be resourceful, help the Talent Partners with all aspects of recruiting.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products
  • One year of experience sourcing passive talent, talent coordination, building LinkedIn projects and / or recruiting as well as building diverse pipelines
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks as they come up and support a large talent team
