A fast-growing creative agency in São Paulo is looking for a UX/UI Graphic Designer to join their team. This remote position requires 3-5 years of experience in design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You'll collaborate with a creative project manager to respond to client briefs and develop branding, layouts, and user experiences. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a start-up and influence creative processes for a variety of clients.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years experience as a UI / UX and Graphic Designer.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

• Work with the creative project manager on client briefs.
• Familiarize with client branding and overall objectives.
• Work on branding, layouts, and user experiences.

What you will be doing :

• Working with our creative project manager in responding to client briefs.
• Becoming familiar with a client's branding, assets and overall objectives.
• Working on branding, user experiences, layouts, wireframes, graphic posts, and social ads-
• Work comfortably across a variety of clients.
• Support Kasper internally with our own branding, creative social content and marketing materials.

What we expect you to be / to have :

• 3-5 years working as a UI / UX and Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
• A 'roll your sleeves up' approach to everything you do.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to work in a small team.
• Excellent verbal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong time management skills.
• Fluency in English.
