Hello! We are hiring an English Teacher for Online work: Private or in pairs classes only.

Attention: Do not apply if you do not have a Bachelor's degree in English Language or are currently studying for one.

Requirements:

• Availability for 20 hours per week, preferably in the evenings from 6 PM onwards, or afternoons starting at noon.
• Energetic and dynamic teaching style.
• Complete Bachelor's degree in English or enrolled from the 4th semester onwards.
• Knowledge of IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge exams is a plus but not mandatory if you lack a degree or are still studying.
• English proficiency level B2, C1, or C2; C1 preferred (a test will be part of the selection process).
• Enjoy working with teenagers and adults (main audiences).
• Good internet connection, a headset, and a camera with a microphone.
• Ability to teach Business English is essential.
• Have a MEI for issuing invoices and social security contributions (easy to set up if you don't have one).
• Knowledge of Google Drive (creating folders, sharing) and Google Calendar (managing appointments).

Responsibilities:

• Teach students aged 8 and above, including adults and seniors, covering general English, travel, business, and academic reinforcement.
• Follow the provided methodology and lesson plans.
• Correct assignments and assessments given to students.
• Provide monthly feedback on students' progress.

Selection Process:

1. Curriculum analysis.
2. Send availability table (diary) and identity/behavior test.
3. Schedule an interview, including a 15-minute mini-lesson on a grammatical topic (provided via email) and a Google Drive and Calendar knowledge test.
4. Final interview to discuss course policies and agreements.

Lesson fee:

• R$32.00 for non-graduates (from the 4th semester).
• R$36.00 to R$50.00 for graduates (depending on experience, international exams, teaching skills).

Contract type: Employment contract (not CLT).
