- Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Create and optimize customer segmentation and automation flows to drive engagement and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and goals.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with relevant email marketing and privacy regulations.
- 3+ years of experience working with Klaviyo
- Proven experience managing automated email flows and segmentation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in email design, including the ability to create visually appealing templates.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email customization.
