A leading adhesives company is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Assistant in Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil. This hybrid role requires support in recruitment processes and various HR administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have up to 2 years of experience in HR, fluency in English, and a relevant degree. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring teams and manage candidate experiences.

The Talent Acquisition and HR Assistant will support the recruitment process by partnering with hiring teams to identify top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position is also responsible for various Human Resources administrative and operational activities to enhance efficiency for the HR function.
Location: Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
This is a hybrid position and will be required to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
