ADP is hiring a Lead Data Scientist:

In this role, you will take ownership of scaling data science initiatives focused on behavior analytics to empower our associates and provide a personalized service experience to our clients. Your impact will grow as you implement these solutions across multiple businesses. You will also support various analytics projects leveraging NLP, Python, and SQL skills.

No two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop, and implement embedded analytics solutions. You’ll lead the design and deployment of data-driven solutions to address small business problems, develop machine learning models to improve processes, and communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning is essential.

To succeed, you should be enthusiastic about advanced analytics and have relevant experience or training. You will work through technical issues with other data scientists and engineers, responsible for troubleshooting, testing, quality control, and overcoming production challenges, ultimately delivering successful results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• NLP: Use NLP techniques to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Advanced Analytics: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, analyze data using Python and SQL, and present insights via visualizations like Tableau.
• Continuous Learning: Explore new Data Science, ML, and GenAI techniques, and bring innovations to the team.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or master’s degree with 3+ years in data science.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and tools like Databricks, AWS.
• Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling, including neural networks.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.
• Proven experience deploying ML projects in Python.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of LLM and GenAI is a plus.
