Job summary
A vacation home management company is seeking individuals for a remote position based in Brazil. The role requires advanced English proficiency. - Schedule additional services based on guest requests.
- Manage the Customer Service channel of booking platforms.

- Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)
- Identify and filter guest needs
- Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team
- Process and register issued charges
- Monitor additional services requested / paid
- Schedule additional services according to guest requests
- Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms

6 : 00 PM to 2 : 20 AM – 1-hour break
Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.
Base salary : R$2.000.00
