A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide Tier 1 support for HR inquiries, administer leave processes, assist with new hire orientations, and maintain training records. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of employee legislation, strong PC skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers the opportunity to support various corporate HR programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
Experienced position that provides support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources such as employment, benefits or training. Serves as a customer point of contact for employees, answers routine questions and escalates employee issues to higher levels when necessary.
