• Develop and enhance backend services using Java
• Build modern, high-performance APIs using Quarkus
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions
• Implement automated testing (unit, integration, performance)
• Work daily with AWS services
• Develop in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
• Contribute to event-driven architectures (SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Support observability initiatives including logging, metrics, and tracing
• Follow engineering best practices focused on code quality and maintainability

• Hands‑on experience in Java backend development
• Knowledge of Quarkus
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, ECS)
• Understanding of scalability concepts (auto‑scaling, load balancing, clustering, disaster recovery)
• Basic understanding of observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
• Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI principles

• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Experience with .NET Core, Python, Kotlin, or Go
• Background in financial services, fintech, or payments
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive contributions to technical improvements
• English proficiency is a strong plus
