About the Role:
This is a contract opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects. The role involves designing realistic conversations in Swedish to train and improve Large Language Models (LLMs). You’ll be simulating real-world interactions between users and AI assistants, ensuring natural, context-aware, and logically sound dialogues.
- Create multi-turn dialogues between users and AI assistants.
- Simulate real-world tool usage (e.g., maps, calendar, email).
- Ensure dialogues follow quality and formatting guidelines.
- Collaborate with peers and reviewers for high-quality outputs.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
- Strong grasp of APIs, JSON, and logical reasoning.
- Native / proficient Portuguese + strong written English.
- Experience with AI assistants, LLMs, or related tech projects is a plus.
- Fully remote.
- Flexible hours (with some PST overlap).
- Work on high-impact AI projects.
