An established industry player is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead their dynamic team in a luxury hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience in stewarding, showcasing strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP guidelines. This role requires proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with knowledge of Oasys and Adaco systems. Job Details:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supervisory Role in Stewarding or related roles in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines and a thorough understanding of Food Safety Standards.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills to effectively lead and inspire the FIVE Tribe to new heights in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Oasys and Adaco systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Forbes Service Standards in guest-facing roles is a plus.
